Big post about 2017 shoes that we wear and will wear
Before we start talking about the trends of the upcoming spring-summer season, I would like to refer to the repetition of the past. Since I started communicating with clients and sorting out wardrobes, on the one hand, I have almost never met a complete set of necessary shoes. On the other hand, I almost always heard the questions: “will Chelsea go out of fashion this season?”, “are oxfords outdated?”. So, no Chelsea, no oxfords, no loafers, no rough shoes, no pumps, no tractor — soled ankle boots, no Greek sandals-none of this list goes out of fashion in the future 5-7 years. Especially if they are made with high quality and are devoid of inappropriate details (as it should be). After some time, their tailoring style changes subtle details that allow you to say that these loafers were still worn by my grandfather, but these are modern (which does not prevent some factories from continuing to produce what my grandfather wore, and some fashionistas to fish out of the wardrobe of grandfathers the most relevant). But during the time that your pair of such shoes will become obsolete, it will either become worthless, or you will simply get bored. Therefore, we buy shoes from this list safely. And it is with its help that we form the basis of our”Shoe wardrobe”. Complementing it, of course, with sneakers.
Let’s look at the shoes that are relevant almost always:
I will not even show the boats, everything is clear with them.
Even in recent years, very popular ankle boots, which should be chosen the lower and wider, the shorter and fuller your feet. A tight sock to mid-calf can afford a few units that go in them on the catwalk.
Yes, embroidery is extremely popular. But by summer, there will be so much of it (both on shirts and on shoes) that even the most loyal fans will be sick of it. Velvet is also losing its position as the most fashionable material of the season, but it does not cease to be relevant yet
As for the 2017 trends. Here, I think, are the most important of them. And the most beautiful, because I added only those models that I personally like. It is the task of fashion magazines to review everything and everything that is presented on the catwalks. Let them do it. So:
Shoes without a heel: loafers with a worn-out heel and mules. This Shoe looks very relevant and moderately bold. The only trouble is that it is extremely uncomfortable to wear. But if you are comfortable-then your time has come, because this is the most fashionable shoes of the season
Shoes and ankle boots with a specific shape of the neckline. The pictures will show what I mean. It can be low-heeled, high-heeled, kitten-heeled, or no-heeled at
I can’t help but note another big trend: white shoes. It’s just a sea. But here you need to be very careful. If almost any blue ankle boots, stuffed with embroidery from the heel to the top, can be passed off as “chairs from the Palace”, then white shoes, at the slightest slip of the manufacturer, will remain a wobbly stool. Therefore, I warn you once again that you need to look at the shape of the shoes, not the color. The “terrible ankle boots” from my article in white will remain terrible ankle boots.
I do not give links to stores where all this splendor can be bought for one reason. In the pictures, I bring shoes made by world-famous brands that you can always find and buy here, here and here. As well as fashion mass-market Zara, H&M, Topshop, Mango. What to do if you can’t buy the first one, but your feet don’t feel any better in the second one than in iron boots (I know people who use the Zara Shoe — they’re lucky!)? Search and find. Every model, every time — this is the subject of searches. Somewhere, the perfect shoes were suddenly discarded. Someone has succeeded in sandals this season. Well, somewhere there was a sale.
And more. I don’t mention boots consciously. The fact that we are used to wearing as a standard of winter shoes is not worth mentioning. Fashionable patent or fabric boots to the knee, or even to the middle of the thigh — a beautiful catwalk trend. Which in life turns into a pumpkin.
