It’s really complicated. Thanks to the comments to the previous post, it turned out that the issue with the length of dresses and skirts, which may (or may not) exceed the length of outerwear, is not completely closed yet. In General, there is no problem: it can. Wear boldly long dresses and skirts with a parka or coat below the hip (knee). And culottes, too. And even evening dresses. But there are a couple of nuances. We look at many examples and only two rules.
